In my first life, I was a Library Goddess, “Libearian”, (to my daily audience ), Finder of Factual Knowledge, and Storyteller Supreme. I was a librarian in an elementary school and I loved it. What brought me joy: Connecting children with books, hearing the applause when they enjoyed my retelling, seeing the “ah ha” moment when a student found exactly the answer needed. Making a difference and knowing what I did mattered. Because children matter. How could I ever leave such a dream job? I loved the job, but life called me to move on. So, it was time to write “the end” and move on my next adventure. What would that be? Obviously no one needs “library lessons”. Lucky art and music teachers. They have built in second careers in teaching or creating. What was I good at? It came to me! Telling stories. How could I continue to do that? Then I knew. I realized that what I had been all those years was voice actor all long and now I could move beyond my library and bring my gift to another arena! So this is my story.
